a calm, green environment. A true haven of peace for holidays with family or friends, as well as for
groups on a relaxing retreat.

wonderful stopover in the Mediterranean.

A charming Provençal-style villa built by my parents in 1998 in a paradise-like region, La Source
Mareane is a family cocoon where members of our family have come to recharge their batteries over
the years. Its name is inspired by the middle names of my daughters, Marine and Océane, to which
we have added a prefix that is very real. A spring supplies the house, although the Villa is also
connected to the mains water supply.

The house is ideally located, in a large private estate in absolute peace and quiet, yet close to fine
sandy beaches, including the famous Pampelone (Ramatuelle) and Landing (Cavalaire-sur-mer)
beaches, just a stone's throw away, as well as numerous activities and entertainment venues. Shops
and restaurants are a 10-minute drive away.

In the garden, you'll find a landscaped Mediterranean park where you can relax by the large
swimming pool and enjoy pleasant evenings.
