THE VILLA

Situated in the prestigious Vallée Haute estate, La Source Mareane is an oasis of serenity, ideal for a
holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in intimate, elegant and romantic surroundings
with magnificent views of the umbrella pine hills and the sea.
Sleeping 8 people, this functional and relaxing Provencal villa has 3 double bedrooms, one of which
also has a bunk bed for children. The two bedrooms on the ground floor share a bright, spacious
bathroom and separate WC.
Upstairs, the master suite has its own bathroom and separate WC, as well as a terrace offering
stunning views over the estate and a window onto the distant sea.
All bathrooms have a shower and bath.
An intimate kitchen opens onto a warm and cosy living/dining room.
Once outside, there is a large south-west-facing terrace where you can dine al fresco throughout
your holiday, an infinity pool overlooking the estate and a relaxation area offering privacy.
Nestled in the hillside, creating a paradise sheltered from the sea breeze and the Mistral, the villa will
provide you with the warmth and glamour of the South of France, while you are lulled by the song of
the cicadas.
Covering more than 5,000 m2, a large garden planted with cork oaks, umbrella pines, palm trees,
olive trees and other Mediterranean species will ensure your peace and quiet and cool walks along
the shady paths. The car park, with its shaded shelter, will accommodate your vehicle throughout
your stay.

Gigaro beach, one of the most popular in the region, is a 10-minute bike ride away, and the village of
La Croix Valmer, with all its shops, is a 10-minute drive away.
